Lucy from Attic24 put together this pattern and a yarn pack from Stylecraft. It was a fun crochet project and filled up some time while we were offline and without phone over Christmas and New Years.
This colorful little blanket will live out in the little house to use as a cover up while meditating. Such fun and happy colours…..
I’m using the left overs to make granny square blocks. I think I’ve slipped into a RETRO phase. If I start doing embroidery on my denim jacket (formerly called a JEAN JACKET)….then you’ll know I’ve totally and completely fallen into a time warp hole back to the 70’s.
This is the very first crocheted blanket I’ve ever made that has turned out the same measurement at the top as the bottom. Mom – can you believe it? Gramcraker would have been proud. 🙂 It only took 40-some years of crocheting to be able to get one right.
Love it! So bright and cheerful! I hope to start mine soon….
Thanks Karen. It was fun to do. I’m glad you ‘encouraged’ me to get the kit. 🙂
You mean they are meant to be the same size top and bottom !!!
My newest pair of jeans have not been sewn on and its up set a lot of people…..
Love the blanket, its such a great colour combination ,as well as being a little lacy .
LOL. I know…..surprising that, isn’t it? 🙂
Love the colors – gramcraker would have loved it and was always so proud of your accomplishments but to have both ends even is extra special.
Thanks Mom!
it’s a rainbow! love it.
Thanks Sis!
