Quiz question for the day: What do these pictures have in common?
Answer: I’ve started (slowly) swinging my kettlebells again. I’ve challenged myself to do 100 swings a day for 100 days. I set my timer for 20 thirty-second intervals. I swing 10 times then I rest. My rest time amounts to about 40 seconds. During that 40 seconds, I press quilt blocks. Today – I pressed 70 blocks while swinging my bells. (I know this contradicts my mindfulness philosophy – but it sure makes my exercise time FLY by!)
