Who am I and what am I doing?  Both good questions.

I’m a middle-aged woman who has been quilting since I was a teenager.  Quilting has REALLY been my thing since about 1994 when I was at a friends home who’s mother had the most amazing collection of quilts I had ever seen before.   She wasn’t a quilter but had the money to buy them.  I was a financially struggling non-traditional student so my option was to make my own quilts.

I thoroughly enjoy the piecing process of quilting but am bored.  Plus, I need another quilt like I need a hole in my head.

I want to color outside the lines but I’m afraid.  This blog is my way of pushing myself.  Secretly, I want to be an art quilter but I don’t know where to start.

We’ll see where this takes me.

  1. I am also just starting to do samples for a local Quilt Shop.
I do not know what to charge her for this.
I have already agreed to Store Credit, which I am very excited about.
Would you mind sharing what your arrangement is?
    Thank you
    Marsha
