Couple blogs to add to your reader if you’re short on reading material….
Mr. W’s blog – about life on a small farm in NSW Australia. Focus on grape growing and wine drinking.
K2′s blog – about quilting, weird white dishes and life in general. Her focus for 2013 is a photo per day. Be warned….if you think I’m a bubble off plumb – she’s all over that AND a bag of chips.
K5′s blog – about card making, cupcakes, beaded jewellery and other creative endeavours. She might appear conservative – but she’s not. :)
Megan’s blog – about fashion and teaching and her total infatuation with Mattman (my adorable nephew).
ok seriously……I will be posting quilting/craft/art stuff……I promise! I’ve just been in a bit of a creative slump lately….My mojo has gone missing temporarily.
Photo is of a beach just down the road from our place. We live in paradise…but don’t tell anyone….they’ll all want to move here.

That beach is beautiful! Just one question…how in the world do you ever keep up with all the things you do? I’m tired after reading your posts. lol I feel so, so….lazy. LOL
well…..I’m basically a bum…sometimes I call myself a ‘stay at home mom without kids’….and truly……during the summer I’m pretty lazy. In the heat I just can’t seem to get and stay motivated to do much.
Ditto “mary”s comment! That picture is so lovely….especially from the vantage point of my place (S.E. MN……very white, chilly-21F- and the days are way too short!!!!!). I guess that’s a great environment for quilting!!!!!
It is a beautiful part of the world to live in – I am so very lucky.
Alright! We can talk all day bout bubbles and chips! Ps Megan’s link didn’t work for me.
You don’t want to see what’s down the road from us! Actually, it’s not that bad. We live on the outskirts of our small towm and across the road are farms. No beaches…just farms.
Not quite as inspirational…….
I began to follow your sister’s (K2) blog. I want to see her photo of the day. I may try that this year. Got a new lens for Christmas and it might be fun.
New lens! How fun. What did you get?
Canon 85 mm 1.8. It’s a great portrait lens. Now I want a macro and my gear bag will be full!
